From the menu, choose Tools > Account Settings...
On the E-mail tab, click on New...
Select as below and click Next
Select the Manually configure box as below and click Next
Select as pictured below and click Next
Enter your login credentials using the example below as your guide. Click the More Settings button.
Under the General tab, give your account a name (it can be anything)
Under the Outgoing Server tab, make your settings as pictured below
Under the Advanced tab, click the Use Defaults button. Click the OK button.
Click the Next button and you're done!
